2. Order & Payment
Ordering is easy through our webshop. You can pay securely via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
3. Delivery
Order before 4:00 PM on a business day and your order will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day in the Netherlands or Belgium, completely free of charge. We work with PostNL, DHL, and bpost. You'll always receive a Track & Trace code.
4. Warranty
All our products come with a one-year warranty. If a problem arises within this period, please contact us and we'll resolve it quickly and efficiently.
5. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at info@stoutedealtjes.nl or call 040-7810021. We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.
